Vivo Y31 Google Play Listing suggests Snapdragon 662 SoC, 4 GB RAM

According to reports, Vivo Y31 was spotted on the Google Play Console with some specs and a picture on the front. Vivo is preparing to launch the Vivo X60 series later this month, but the company may soon launch the budget Vivo Y31 as well. The Google Play Console listing suggests that the rumored Vivo Y31 from Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC could be operated with 4 GB of RAM and Android 11. So far, Vivo has not revealed any details about the phone or announced a launch date.

The Google Play Console listing was the first discovered by MySmartPrice. It lists the Vivo Y31 with the model number V2036. According to the listing, the Vivo Y31 has a Full HD + display with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,408 pixels and a screen density of 440 dpi. The phone is listed for immediate running on Android 11. It is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC with 4 GB of RAM and Adreno 610 GPU.

Vivo Y31’s Google Play Console list includes a picture of the phone showing the design of the phone on the front. It can be seen that the display for the selfie camera has a waterdrop-style notch and a slight chin at the bottom. But this could also be just a placeholder image and Vivo could introduce the Vivo Y31 in a different design.

As mentioned earlier, there is no word on when the Vivo Y31 will officially launch. The phone is likely to be a successor to the Vivo Y30 that was launched in India in July. The company also recently launched the Vivo Y30 Standard Edition in China, powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 SoC and a 5,000 mAh battery. The phone has a 6.51-inch HD + (720 x 1,600 pixels) IPS LCD and a screen-to-body ratio of 89 percent. The Vivo Y30 Standard Edition costs CNY 1,398 (around Rs.15,700) for the only 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage model.
