Vivo Y20A with triple rear camera setup, 5,000 mAh battery launched in India

Vivo Y20A launched in India as the company’s newest smartphone offering. The phone has a 6.51-inch display with a water-drop-style notch and a large 5,000 mAh battery. Vivo Y20A was launched in two colors and sales are slated to begin on January 2nd. The battery life of the Vivo Y20A is said to last more than 17 hours of HD movie streaming online and more than 10 hours of gaming, according to the company.

Vivo Y20A price in India, availability

Vivo Y20A costs Rs. 11,490 in India for the only 3GB + 64GB memory model. It will be available in two color options – Nebula Blue and Dawn White. The Vivo phone will be available in major partner retail stores, Vivo India e-store and other major e-commerce websites from January 2nd.

The dual SIM (Nano) Vivo Y20A runs on Android 11-based FunTouch OS 11. It has a 6.51-inch HD + IPS display (720 x 1,600 pixels) and is powered by the Snapdragon 439 SoC . There is 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory on board, which can be expanded via a dedicated microSD card slot.

The Vivo Y20A has a triple rear camera with a 13-megapixel primary sensor with a f / 2.2 aperture, a 2-megapixel bokeh lens with a f / 2.4 aperture and another 2-megapixel macro lens with 1 : 2.4 aperture. There is an 8 megapixel selfie camera with an aperture of f / 1.8 on the front of the phone.

The Vivo Y20A has a 5,000 mAh battery with a 10 W fast charge function. The company claims the phone can withstand 17+ hours of online HD movie streaming and 10+ hours of gaming. The handset has a fingerprint scanner attached to the side. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.2, micro USB port, GPS, FM radio and more.
