The Samsung Galaxy A72 may come with a 64 megapixel camera

The Samsung Galaxy A72 will reportedly come with a 64-megapixel primary sensor in its quad rear camera. The smartphone has already come with quad cameras on the back, and recent reports suggest the phone won’t have a tele-snapper as previously claimed. The report also claimed that the alleged smartphone will be launched in both 4G and 5G variants. It is speculated that the Galaxy A72 will have a similar design to the Galaxy A52 and will be launched early next year.

According to a report The Samsung Galaxy A72 smartphone from GalaxyClub will be equipped with a 64-megapixel primary shooter in the quad rear camera setup. The report also noted that rumors that the Galaxy A72 will be the first in the company’s A-series smartphone to feature optical image stabilization (OIS) cannot be confirmed. The publication claims that Samsung could include similar cameras in the Galaxy A72 and Galaxy A52.

The GalaxyClub report also suggested launching the Samsung Galaxy A72 in both 4G and 5G variants with model numbers SM-A725F and SM-A726B, respectively. The Galaxy A7x series models are usually launched in December or January each year. The phone is expected to hit the market early next year.

Alleged renderings for the alleged Galaxy A72 were shared via voice by tipper Steve Hemmerstoffer, also known as OnLeaks. They show that the phone has a 6.7-inch flat screen with a cutout for the selfie camera. It is claimed to have a glass back wall with an aluminum frame. The renders of the phone show a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, and a speaker grille at the bottom.
