The Moto G 5G may come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 SoC

Moto G 5G specs leaked – Motorola’s new budget 5G phone, owned by Lenovo, is said to be in the works codenamed “Kiev”. The smartphone is expected to be available as a watered-down version of the Moto G 5G Plus, which was launched in July. Some key specs of the Moto G 5G have also surfaced. The phone is said to be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 SoC with octa cores and an OLED display. The Moto G 5G could face stiff competition from the recently launched OnePlus Nord N10 5G.

Technologieblog TechnikNews has leaked Details about the Moto G 5G in collaboration with Adam Conway from XDA Developers. The new phone is due to hit the market later this year along with the Moto G9 Power and is currently being developed as Motorola Kiev.

In terms of technical data, the Moto G 5G should have a Full HD OLED display with a standard refresh rate of 60 Hz and HDR support. The phone is said to have the Snapdragon 690 SoC, which was recently introduced with the OnePlus Nord N10 5G. It would also offer 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. The internal memory should also be expandable with a microSD card.

The Moto G 5G is said to have a triple rear camera with a 48-megapixel Samsung GM1 primary sensor as well as a 1: 1.7 lens, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with a 1: 2.2 telephoto lens and features a 2 megapixel tertiary sensor with an f / 2.2 lens. For selfies, the phone should have a 16-megapixel selfie camera sensor on the front, which is also available on the Redmi Note 9 Pro.

According to the report, Motorola will offer Android 10 for the Moto G 5G at the time of launch. The phone is also said to support NFC connectivity as well as Qualcomm aptX.

The Moto G 5G is said to be available in two different versions with the model numbers XT2113-2 and XT2113-3.

Tipper Evan Blass delivered some specifications of the Moto G 5G back in July. However, these did not correspond to the most recent disclosure. Pale had noticed that the Moto G 5G would be the previously leaked Motorola Edge Lite. The phone should arrive next to the Moto G 5G Plus.
