Samsung Galaxy M21s launched with Super AMOLED display, triple rear cameras

Samsung Galaxy M21s was launched in Brazil. The latest addition to the South Korean tech giant’s Galaxy M series appears to be a rebranded version of the Samsung Galaxy F41, which was launched in India in October. The only difference between the two phones is in the memory configuration. The Samsung Galaxy M21s has a Super AMOLED display, a large battery with support for fast charging, and a triple rear camera that is highlighted by a 64-megapixel primary shooter.

Samsung Galaxy M21s is priced at BRL 1,529 (approximately Rs. 20,500) in Brazil. It comes in a single 4 GB + 64 GB storage configuration. In comparison, the Galaxy F41 came with 6GB of RAM and two built-in storage options – 64GB and 128GB.

The Galaxy M21s is offered in two color options – black and blue. Since it is a renamed version of the Galaxy F41 that has already been launched in India, there is a chance the new Samsung phone will not make its way into the country.

The Samsung Galaxy M21s with two SIM cards (Nano) runs on Android 10. It has a 6.4-inch FHD + (1,080 x 2,340 pixels) Super AMOLED display. Under the hood, the phone is powered by an Exynos 9611 octa-core SoC with 4 GB of RAM. The integrated memory of 64 GB can be expanded using a microSD card (up to 512 GB).

For photography, the Samsung Galaxy M21s has a tripe rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary shooter with a f / 1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with a f / 2.2 aperture and a includes an additional 5 megapixel sensor with a f / 2.2 aperture. For selfies and video calls, the phone has a 32-megapixel camera that sits in the tiny Infinity-U display notch on the front.

The Samsung Galaxy M21 has a 6,000 mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. The phone’s connectivity options include WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone measures 75.1 x 159.2 x 8.9 mm and weighs 191 grams.
