Samsung Galaxy A52 4G can come with Snapdragon 720G SoC

The Samsung Galaxy A52 may also be available in a 4G variant and is powered by a Qualcomm processor, particularly the Snapdragon 720G. A phone with the model number SM-A525F, which is believed to be the Galaxy A52 4G, was reportedly discovered on the Geekbench benchmarking website. It offers a glimpse into some of the specs that can be expected from the upcoming Samsung phone. The 5G variant of the Galaxy A52 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 750 SoC.

According to the Geekbench listing On a Samsung phone with model number SM-A525F, which is believed to be the Samsung Galaxy A52 4G, the phone will be powered by the Atoll processor, which is the code name for the Snapdragon 720G. Interestingly, this phone fared much better than the Galaxy A52 5G, which was also recently spotted on Geekbench and is believed to be powered by the Snapdragon 750G SoC.

The rumored Galaxy A52 4G was listed with 8 GB of RAM and runs on Android 11 with a single-core score of 554 and a multi-core score of 1,689. This is significantly higher than the single-core and multi-core values of the Galaxy A52 5G of 298 and 1,001, respectively. It should be noted that this could be a preproduction model of the Galaxy A52 5G and the variant had 6 GB of RAM. It seems that there won’t be an Exynos variant for the Samsung Galaxy A52. The Geekbench listing was first discovered by GalaxyClub.

A phone was spotted on the HTML5Test website last week, which is believed to be the Galaxy A52 5G, which suggests Android 11 OS on the smartphone. Alleged renders of the Galaxy A52 5G surfaced earlier this month, showing a 6.5-inch display, a cutout for the selfie camera, relatively narrow bezels all around, and a quad rear camera setup in a rectangular camera module. The price for the phone could be $ 499 (roughly $ 36,800).

So far, Samsung has not officially released any details about the Galaxy A52. However, the smartphone is expected to be released in early 2021.
