Realme 8 with MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC is said to have been discovered on Geekbench

Realme 8 was reportedly spotted on Geekbench and offers a glimpse into possible key specs of the upcoming handset. The Realme 8 series is expected to replace the Realme 7 series that was launched in September this year. Compared to Realme 7, an upgrade in technical data and functions can be expected. A Realme phone with the model number RMX3092 was discovered on Geekbench. Very little is known about the alleged Realme 8 right now, but this Geekbench listing suggests it might be in the works.

Geekbench Lists a Realme phone with model number RMX3092. Tipper Mukul Sharma and Abhishek Yadav Twitter states that this model number is attached to Realme 8. The phone is listed on Geekbench to run on Android 10 software. Realme 8 is operated as a processor with the MediaTek Dimensity 720 octa-core SoC (MT6853V) with a base frequency of 2 GHz.

Yadav said the Realme RMX3092 model was also spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, indicating its future arrival in India. The tipster suggested that this could also be the Realme 8 Pro variant. As mentioned earlier, little else is known about Realme 8. Given that Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro recently launched in September, it may take a few months for Realme 8 to launch.

Realme 7 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G95 SoC, while Realme 7 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC. Realme 7 Pro includes two stereo speakers as well as Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res certification. Realme 7, on the other hand, is a watered down version of Realme 7 Pro. The Realme 8 series should go down the same route as well, unless the company wants to mess things up.
