The Motorola Nio images allegedly surfaced online, hinting at the design and color variations of the upcoming phone. A tipster discovered live images of the Motorola device, code-named “Nio,” which has been in the news for some time. The phone appears to have a quad rear camera with a flash under the sensors. It can contain a 64 megapixel primary sensor. On the front, Motorola Nio has a dual punch hole screen as shown in the pictures.
The pictures were discovered by Nils Ahrensmeier (@NilsAhrDE) on Weibo and released on voice. Motorola Nio is visible in a color that the tipster calls “Sky”. According to reports, there will also be a “Beryl” variant of the Motorola phone.
On the right side, the Motorola Nio has volume buttons and a button for the power and fingerprint sensor (see illustration). ’64MP’ and ‘Audio Zoom’ are keywords written on the back of the smartphone below the quad rear view camera setup.
In an image where the control panel is visible along with the phone’s settings, it says “Motorola Edge Plus”, which suggests that the device in the image may be a prototype. The tipster says there is a possibility that the Motorola phone, code-named “Nio,” could be the rumored Motorola Edge S, which has been speculated in recent reports.
According to a report, Motorola Nio can run Android 11 immediately and has a Full HD + display (1,080 x 2,520 pixels). Nio is also equipped with up to 12 GB of RAM. According to a recent report, the smartphone comes with a refresh rate of 105 Hz. The Motorola brand phone with the code name “Nio” is expected to be operated with the Snapdragon 865 SoC.
Motorola Nio, which could be the Motorola Edge S, is expected to be launched in the first quarter of 2021.
